From the list of Honeybook, 17Hats, Dubsado, ClickUp, Monday, Tave, Studio Ninja, Moxie, Bonsai, an AirTable database, a Notion site? Which is the best client relationship management (CRM) software?
Mine is a build-your-own-CRM based on Typeform, Zapier, Obsidian, and a Google Calendar. It's the only system that worked how my brain worked.
The truth is that each CRM has its pros/cons, ups/down, rights and wrongs. Each CRM has a strong opinion as to how you should manage those relationships. Which CRM you use is of no bother to me, but what is important, is that you have a system.
No system = no peace.
No system = no idea.
No system = no consistent client journey.
No system = missing a step with a client.
No system = you not turning up to a wedding one day.
I don't care which system you use, just that you use one, please, for the love of God!
Reply and let me know which system you are using and why you love it.
