Failing the basics

Daniel accurately describes the frustration many people face on the daily as they visit a website and can't answer basic questions. Albeit this is often a failure of corporate culture, believing you or your little business are/is something much more than you are.

In my business, the wedding industry, it's rare for businesses to communicate locations or prices on their website, but I'm always left feeling that this is to their detriment.

I wonder how the average couple getting married today feel about websites that are designed to lure you into a contact form and then a sales funnel?
